Homebuyers scouring Palm Beach County for properties can mark one condominium off their list. Ocean’s Edge at Singer Island is sold out.

The average unit price for the luxury beachfront resort built in 2005 was $2.3 million.

You could have picked up one of the smaller units _ 2,800 square feet, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms _ for about $800,000 back in 2010, according to the Palm Beach County Property Appraiser’s office.

But most of the 40 units in the 18-story building sold for well over $1 million and have between 2,800 square feet and 7,900 square feet.

Toll Brothers built the Mediterranean-style boutique condominium. It made the announcement earlier this month that all units were sold. Amenities include a staffed, gated entry, full-time concierge, media room and fitness center.

“Toll Brothers is known for creating not only exceptional homes, but also great communities,” said Toll Brothers Florida East Division President Jim McDade. “We are excited to have welcomed many new homeowners to Ocean’s Edge.”

Ocean’s Edge residents also have a heated swimming pool and 300 feet of beachfront that bore the brunt of several sand-stealing storms in recent years.

In this October 2012 photo sand has been pulled away from the beachfront of Ocean’s Edge by high surf.

“With strong sales success in this region at communities like Ocean’s Edge, Toll Brothers continues to expand our presence in Southeast Florida, most recently with the launch of The Preserve at Juno Beach,” McDade said.

Nestled alongside the 578-acre Juno Dunes Natural Area between the Atlantic Ocean and Intracoastal Waterway, The Preserve at Juno Beach includes premium home sites in a part of Palm Beach County where there is virtually no new single-family home construction.

Near Donald Ross Road and Ellison Wilson Road, the community is across from Bert Winters Park, which features public boat landing ramps and docks.

The Preserve at Juno Beach offers expansive home designs, each with a private swimming pool and views of the preserve.

Every home within the community features exquisite architectural details, extensive interior appointments, spacious living areas, gourmet kitchens, and private master suites, priced from the $900,000s.
