The Florida Bar vs. David J. Stern is on day four of what was scheduled to be a two-week trial.

But Bar officials now expect it to wrap up tomorrow after calling witnesses all week to testify against Stern and his once massive foreclosure law firm.

Royal Palm Beach-based attorney Tom Ice was on the witness stand Tuesday. Ice was one of the first attorneys to expose alleged robo-signing at Stern’s office and uncover the magnitude of his operation through depositions of employees.

It’s unclear who will be on the witness stand today. Stern arrived shortly after 8 a.m. It’s believed he may testify today or tomorrow.

The hearing on 17 Bar complaints against Stern begins at 9 a.m.
